Grand Star's first class, fully equipped, commercial kitchen, along with our full time, international standard chefs have created 12 pages of culinary wonders for you to choose from. With one of the largest varieties around, we can assist you in picking the perfect menu for that special occasion. Using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, the food at Grand Star will surpass the expectations of even the fussiest of guests. Entree:
European Tuna Steaks:

A Boneless Steak of Tuna, marinated then baked to perfection, served with a paste of tomato, crushed parsley, black olives, garlic, ginger, lemon rind and extra virgin olive oil.

Main:
Fillet Mignon:

A 200 gram Eye Fillet of Beef wrapped in Marinated Bacon served on a bed of Creamy Mash Potato, the Chef's selection of Seasonal Vegetables and a demi glaze sauce.

Dessert:
New York Cheese Cake:
Freshly made Cheese Cake, served with a mixed Berry Coulis.
